J-Hope to Drop Solo Album, ‘Jack in the Box’, ‘BTS’ Next Month

According to the official announcement, “Jack in the Box” lends voice to J-Hope’s aspirations to break the mold and grow even more. The album represents J-Hope’s own musical personality and vision as an artist.”

In announcing the solo projects earlier this month, J-Hope said he considers it a healthy move.

“I think we should spend some time apart to learn how to be one again,” he said. “I hope you don’t take this as a negative thing, and see it as a healthy plan. I think BTS will get stronger this way.”

Earlier this week, the band’s new compilation album “Proof” became their sixth album to appear at the top of the Billboard 200 chart, despite the drama that accompanied its release. Four days before dropping the “proof”, the group They announced that they are taking a break to focus on their individual jobs.

However, that news didn’t have much of an impact on the military, with “Proof” opening at number one on the album chart (dated June 25), with 314,000 sales in the United States, according to painting via Luminate. The album, released on June 10, is a three-disc compilation with the vast majority of its contents being pre-released material.
