Ubisoft has already been criticized for having a season pass for the single-player Star Wars Outlaws game, but fans are voicing their frustration once again when they notice that the highly anticipated Jabba the Hutt mission is locked behind it.
According to what was reported by a Spanish newspaper Gojones areaUbisoft website An outline of the contents of the Season Pass – an optional add-on to the standard $70/£70 game that is so far only available through its $109.99 Gold Edition and the more expensive $129.99 Ultimate Edition – reveals that it includes access to Jabba's Gambit quest At launch.
“Play the exclusive Jabba's Gambit mission at launch,” the Season Pass caption says. “Just as Kai is assembling a crew to steal the Canto Bight, she receives a job from Jabba the Hutt himself. It turns out that ND-5 owed Jabba a debt years ago, and he's come to collect it.”
It's unclear how much Jabba the Hunt content will be locked behind the season pass, but Ubisoft has said in the past that players can work for Jabba and even betray him as the head of one of the criminal factions in Star Wars Outlaws. It's not clear right now if this content comes at a higher price or is part of the standard game.
The mission description sounds very much like an introduction to working with Jabba, however, at the very least, this confirms that $70/£70 won't give players access to all Star Wars Outlaws. IGN asked Ubisoft for clarification and comment.

The more expensive Digital Ultimate Edition comes with each of these perks along with cosmetics (the Rogue Infiltrator Pack and the Sebacc Shark Pack) along with a digital art book.
