Much like the fate of the universe where it happens, Umbrella Academyfuture in the air.
The third season of the Netflix comic book adaptation finally dropped on Wednesday, and there’s currently no word on whether the show will return for a fourth season. But if the string Do Back for season 4, those episodes will likely be a Umbrella AcademyThe latter, based on series creator Steve Blackman’s initial plan for the show.
I don’t know how many seasons [Netflix] wants to go. I showed them season 4, and I know the beginning, middle and end [of it]Blackman reveals to TVLine. “When I started the show, I really only knew the first four seasons in my mind.”
He adds that Gerard Way, who authored the comics on them Umbrella Academy It’s based on, “He wants to do things for another decade, and he’s going to make folders and folders.” But even if the source material goes on for years, “I have what I think is the end of the TV show,” says Blackman.
He adds, “Netflix might want more than that, but I have a nice idea of where I think the show should end and where we’re going.”

Sir Reginald attempted to completely reprogram the universe before it was destroyed, but Allison halted his process. Thus, the remaining Umbrella Academy and Sparrow Academy’s siblings were transported to a seemingly almost complete world where they no longer possessed their powers.
