Nintendo acquires Shiver Entertainment from Embracer Group

Nintendo has entered into an agreement with Embracer Group to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Miami-based Shiver Entertainment. Announce.

The acquisition will be completed pending the satisfaction of all relevant customary closing conditions.
