Evokes Glen Powell’s Bucky response to raw cuts

Glen Powell He had a strong reaction to an early cut of “Hidden Figures,” but one of the film’s Oscar-nominated editors says his story doesn’t make sense.

Peter Teschner TMZ says… there were several showings of the historical drama during the editing process… but he doesn’t remember a show where the music was missing. According to Peter, they always had music for the performances in the movie… including original songs Pharrell Williamsin addition to temperature.

Remember the actor said that He vomited after seeing the rough cut The film had no special effects or music… saying he was afraid he would spoil the film with his performance.

While Peter says it’s entirely possible that Glen was terrified by his performance, he can’t recall a single instance where the presentation was so harsh.

He also disagrees with Glenn’s view that the effects added later made the film much better. Per Peter, Glenn’s rough scenes versus the final cut scenes didn’t change much at all… indicating that the actor’s performance was great.

The movie was released almost 8 years ago…so maybe Glenn is misremembering how it went???

Regardless, things worked out well in the end… with the film receiving 3 Oscar nominations and a 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.
