Original story: Capcom is launching the Dragon's Dogma 2 character creation tool as a free download on PS5 – and it's available today. You'll be able to sculpt up to five Arisen (your main character) and five Master Pawns (your constant companion throughout the adventure). Naturally, you can transfer these creations into the full game when it launches on March 22.
If you're the type who spends hours crafting the perfect protagonist, you might want to get ahead of the schedule and give this character builder a try. It's also worth noting that you don't have to play as a human in Dragon's Dogma 2. There's a new race, known as Beastmen – who are basically big cat people – that you can embody as well.
Unfortunately, there's still no word on a proper demo for Dragon's Dogma 2. This has been rumored for a while, but we're starting to believe that the supposed leaks were actually referring to this character creator.
At the time of writing, the Creator isn't yet available to download on PS5 – but we'll update this article once it's released.
