Dan + Shay, Keith Urban, Teddy Swims and more perform on Season 24 of The Voice

The NBC singing competition was star-studded, with plenty of famous friends taking the epic stage to perform for the finale.

First, upcoming Season 25 coaches Dan + Shay took the stage to perform the title song from their latest album, “Bigger Houses.”

Next, Keith Urban performed a special acoustic version of his 2016 hit “Blue Ain’t Your Color.”

After that, there were epic final performances from Teddy Swims, AJR, and Earth, Wind & Fire!

ET spoke with the coaches on the red carpet before the first live show of the season, and they were all amazed by the array of talent they saw on the show this year.

“The talent this year, across the board, all our teams has been pretty crazy,” Niall enthused. “The voices I have this year are, like, some of the best singers I’ve ever heard.”

John agreed, saying, “The depth of talent this season is better than I’ve seen on this show since I’ve been here.”

He continued: “This is my eighth season and I have never seen this level of quality in all areas.” “I am very impressed with our artists this year.”

“I have some amazing singers, and I think at this point people will start to fall in love with not only the voice, but the person as well,” Gwen shared. “It’s ridiculous this season. I know we say that every season and we always feel that way, but this season has a particularly difficult task.”
