    Christmas 2008 Gift Guide

Well, it’s that time of the year again. It’s the holiday season. Many people have big problems at this time of year with picking out the best gifts. Sadly, I can’t help you pick out the best Barbie or the best Batman toys, but I can help you pick out some cool tech gadgets that everyone will love.

     Video Games

Many people, from kids to grownups, love video games. Once again this year, the Nintendo Wii will be hard to find. I don't think it will be as difficult as it was last year, but don't expect to find them on Christmas Eve if you're a last minute shopper. Are you going to try to not be forced to buy the whole package that most places force you to buy for $500+? If you are looking for a Wii this year, begin early. EBGames has been taking orders for Wiis since mid-November, and current ETA is about a week behind orders, leaving plenty of time to sit back and watch those fools outside at 3AM waiting in line in the snow.

As far as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, they will be easy to find, and will be at the same price they are now. You will find some deals, such as a free extra controller. The Xbox 360 will have two games bundled in, but this year you can get Lego Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda.
