What Can the MiFi Do For You? - Where Can You Buy the MiFi?

Wouldn’t it be highly convenient to have your own portable wireless network any time you please? There are lots of times when you need to use your laptop, music player or another type of WiFi device, but there’s no WiFi around for you to get connected.

The MiFi seems like the answer to this problem. It gives you a small, secure wireless network that can power all your mobile devices. Best of all, it doesn’t cost a fortune.

This Novatel product is perhaps the first of its kind, but more MiFi products and similar items will be available soon through more manufacturers and retailers.

Currently, Virgin Mobile, Sprint, Verizon and several other carriers are offering MiFi products in North America. These retailers may offer incentives, payment plans and other options for users who want to own this device for themselves.

In both online and physical retail outlets, Sprint is offering a Novatel MiFi device for only $99 USD (after a $50 mail-in rebate). Considering everything the MiFi does, this price might not be too high for Internet lovers to pay.

Several online reviews have called the Sprint MiFi device highly reliable, saying it provides connectivity from almost anywhere at any time. That's not too bad for a device that fits right into the palm of your hand.
