The Kingston KHX3200ULK2/1G is definitely an excellent performer. In the recent review of Corsair's PC3200XL's it was shown low latency PC3200 will general match or beat high latency PC4000+. And with Kingston's and Corsair's performance being nearly identical it can be presumed that Kingston's PC3200UL would also match or beat the higher frequency memory.
Let's suppose you've decided you are going to purchase some low latency PC3200 for your system. Which one should you get? Pick one. The two manufacturers have both made a great 1GB kit of PC3200. It comes down to what you want. The Kingston kit is about $25 less than the Corsair kit, and possibly runs at lower voltages, but the Corsair kit has LEDs and may be able to go a little higher at CAS 2 than the Kingston kit. In short, save yourself $25 or get some extra pizazz in your case. (Not that Kingston sticks look bad, but we know how you like flashy lights. Well, at least we do.)
