Sky Hawk IMC6371 SFF PC Review - Benchmarks

    • SiSoft Sandra CPU Arithmetic, CPU Multi-Media, & Memory Bandwidth tests
    • PCMark2002
    • 3DMark2001SE
    • Doom III

    Test Setup A

    • Intel Pentium 4 2.4B
    • 2x256 Kingston Value Ram @ DDR333
    • ATI Radeon 9600
    • 13GB 5400RPM ATA66 WD HD
    • Sky Hawk IMC6371 (865 chipset)

    Test Setup B

    • Intel Pentium 4 2.4B
    • 2x512 Kingston HyperX @ DDR333
    • GeForce 6800
    • 2x40GB 7200RPM ATA100 WD HDs in Raid 0
    • Abit IS7-E (865 chipset)

    SiSoft Sandra

Our first set of tests will be using the SiSoft Sandra benchmark suite. Our two setups are using identical processors. The IMC6371 is equipped with 2x256 Value Ram at DDR333 while the IS7-E is equipped with 2x512 HyperX also at DDR333.

Sky Hawk IMC6371 SFF PC Review

The CPU Arithmetic test shows that the IMC6371's CPU performance hangs up there with an enthusiast board from Abit.

Sky Hawk IMC6371 SFF PC Review

The CPU Multimedia test shows the same story, as the IMC6371 setup performs the same as the IS7-E setup.

Sky Hawk IMC6371 SFF PC Review

The IS7-E setup has an advantage in memory performance because of the HyperX's ability to run tighter timings and Abit's Game Accelerator Technology. The memory throughput being put up by the IMC6371 is fairly standard.
