Tom Sandoval made sure to check in with Ariana Maddix after she dumped him after learning about Rachel Lewis’ “months-long” affair.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star was spotted at Lewis’ Los Angeles apartment Saturday night, an hour after their affair made headlines.
Despite trying to stay under the radar in an all-black outfit and baseball cap, the 39-year-old was photographed walking into the building looking down at her phone.
He and Maddicks went out hours later to discuss the situation while the cameras were rolling — however, his late-night meeting with Levis was not filmed for Bravo.
Despite trying to play things off, sources told Page Six Madix that “Caslit” sensed a conversation between Sandoval and Levis last summer.
“He gave her many reasons why he didn’t cheat,” an insider said, adding, “He didn’t tell her about the affair with Lewis because he was worried about how it would affect her mental health.”
Mattix found out about the “months-long affair” on Wednesday night when he saw inappropriate texts and videos from Lewis on his girlfriend’s phone.
A source told Us that Maddix is ”heartbroken” over the affair and feels completely “blindsided” by the betrayal — especially now that the couple “want to be together.”
Maddix, 37, never saw the affair coming, and Levis and Sandoval were hiding their romance in plain sight.
Sandowal wears the pendant nearly every day, and fans have noticed the two rocking matching lightning bolt necklaces for months.

While Levi’s and Mattix remained tight-lipped on the matter, Sandoval addressed the scandal on his Instagram over the weekend, but failed to mention or apologize to his ex-girlfriend.
The “Schwartz & Sandy’s” co-owner acknowledged that fans may be angry and disappointed with him, but urged them not to take it out on his business.
