Gonzalez, from the Houston area, announced to his more than 1.4 million Instagram followers on April 12, 2022 that he was battling colon cancer after being diagnosed six months earlier. Gonzalez said his doctor said he only had two or three years left, indicating he could extend it to five years if he undergoes chemotherapy.
Since then, Gonzalez has told his TikTok followers that it has been a struggle but he keeps fighting. File also started GoFundMe to help pay for his treatment. Gonzalez is survived by his wife, Kimberly, and three children, Aubrey, Bryce, and Lauren.
