The One UI 5.1.1 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 comes with the firmware version F936BXXU4DWH5. The update file size is around 2.76 GB, and it includes the August 2023 security patch. The new update brings up to four recently used app icons to the taskbar, a two-handed drag-and-drop feature to quickly move files from one app to another, and the ability to hide apps that open in pop-up mode. The One UI 5.1.1 update also shows the current status of the application (full screen, side-by-side multitasking, or pop-up window) in the list of recent applications (multitasking). You can quickly switch between multi-window and pop-up view by dragging one of its corners.

With the One UI 5.1.1 update, Samsung has also introduced more features for Flex mode. Flex Mode now displays a progress bar and more media playback controls when playing an audio or video file on half of the screen. You can even drag and drop the media control butt as per your requirements.

The older Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold foldable phones will also get all these features with the One UI 5.1.1 update. Older tablets will get the One UI 5.1.1 update, but apparently they won’t get the new Flex Mode features as they don’t have a foldable screen.
