The upcoming premium laptop is said to feature an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, which has up to 16 cores (6 + 8 + 2 cores), up to 22 threads, a base clock speed of 3.8 GHz, and a boost clock speed of up to 4.80GHz, 24MB total L3 cache, 28W TDP. This is among the latest processors from Intel for next year. This chipset will be paired with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM (7467MHz) and up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The report also claims that the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra will feature an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 GPU with 6GB of VRAM. It will also be offered with an Intel Core 9 185H processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM.

In terms of connectivity, the laptop is expected to feature Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 (with LE Audio), Hi-Res Audio, quad speakers tuned by AKG, and a battery made by Samsung SDI. Previous reports had already confirmed that the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra has a backlit keyboard, a large trackpad, a 2-megapixel webcam, a fingerprint reader, Dolby Atmos sound, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports.
