Persona 5: The Phantom X announced for iOS and Android devices

After a teaser in April 2021, publisher Perfect World Games and developer Black Wings Game Studio have it officially announce Persona 5: Phantom X for iOS and Android. No release date has been announced, but it will be a free-to-play title with item-based in-app purchases.

Subscriptions to the “Sneak Test” test run are now available at Official WebsiteThe playtest itself will begin on March 29 in China. althoug Advertising itself PC version is not mentioned, test run will be done PC and Android devices.

Persona 5: Phantom X is a completely new title based on a world Persona 5 Set in Tokyo, it follows an original story surrounding a new group of Phantom Thieves. The core gameplay and core gameplay of the original game is preserved, while the graphics are improved and the user experience and presentation are improved for smartphone users.

P-Studio from SEGA and ATLUS is overseeing development and providing resources, while Perfect World Games and Black Wings Game Studio will develop, distribute and operate the title. While based on a realm Persona 5, is being developed as a new game designed to suit local users’ preferences, trends and gameplay environments. The game focuses on the theme of “Desire”, and tells the story of the students who awaken their “personality”, and go through hardships together in the era of “Declining Desire”. A mysterious old man with a long nose, a strange underwater room, an owl that can speak human language, another world cut off from reality – these seemingly unrelated things are all connected in one way or another.

Players will assume the role of a student, attending classes during the day and participating in activities such as baseball or watching movies with friends during their free time. After school, they can infiltrate the other world, which appears in the form of various themed mansions, and use their characters to engage in high-octane battles against enemies.
