Kim Kardashian is causing a stir with her new “Ultimate Nipple Bra” ad

Reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian on Friday presented the Ultimate Nipple bra from SKIMS. The latest version of the brand’s popular push-up style includes a fake nipple for added visual impact, Kim said in her Instagram post, which also included a video showing her.

“The Earth is getting hotter. Sea levels are rising. Ice sheets are shrinking. And I’m not a scientist, but I believe everyone can use their skill set to do their part. That’s why I’m introducing a brand new bra with a nipple,” Kim Kardashian said in the campaign video. Compact, so no matter how hot it gets, you’ll always look cool.

The Internet was divided over the Ultimate Nipple Bras, priced at $62, roughly Rs 5,200, with some expressing support and others showing disapproval.

A breast cancer survivor thanked Kim Kardashian for the new bra design, commenting, “As a breast cancer survivor, thank you.”

“Women who have suffered from breast cancer and want an extra confidence boost, would they appreciate this so much? And also girls who aren’t happy with girls on their chests from having babies etc! This is pretty innovative if you ask me!” read another comment.

Meanwhile, a few others thought it was a joke. One wrote: “I thought this was a joke,” while another added: “For a second I thought it was April Fools, but it’s October.”

One user dismissed Kim’s use of climate change as a fast fashion marketing gimmick. That person wrote: “Please say sike…you lost me with this Kim…using climate change as rhetoric to boost fast fashion marketing….these decarbonisations you’re promising better be bulletproof!! Talk about carbon Negative!!!!

Kim Kardashian also added that a portion of the proceeds from the latest release will be donated to charity. The caption read: “In addition to our investment in promoting decarbonisation, SKIMS is proud to donate 10% of sales of our SKIMS Ultimate Nipple Bra, as a one-time donation, to @1percentftp – a global network of thousands of companies and environmental organizations working together to support people and planet .

SKIMS specializes in lingerie and lingerie and the company is valued at $4 billion, according to Forbes.
