Jerry Seinfeld from 'Unfrosted' portrays 'Friends' in digital Pop-Tarts short featuring Schmoopie, Jackie Chiles and The Soup Nazi

Jerry Seinfeld shot friends In a new digital short film to promote his new film Not frozena comedy about the creation of Pop-Tarts.

Seinfeld first appeared in the Netflix movie about how toaster pastries come to be. In a new short film ahead of the film's May 3 release, Seinfeld visits Kellogg's offices in Michigan for “trademark infringement.”

Says the fictional president of Pop-Tarts, Kelman B. Gasworth: “You see, Mr. Seinfeld, you took something from us, and now we're going to take something from you.”

Tarty, the Pop-Tarts mascot, then proceeds to reveal the former Seinfeld Characters trapped in a box. Alexandra Wentworth's Schmoopie, Phil Morris' Jackie Chiles, and The Soup Nazi's Larry Thomas all appear in the scene.

“My characters!” Seinfeld says.

“They're my characters now, Mr. Seinfeld,” Gasworth adds. “Tell me, how do you feel when people steal your ideas and then do whatever they want with them?”

“You mean, like,” Seinfeld joked friends?

For a second digital short, Seinfeld hired Ken Burns to direct Not frozen.

In a recent interview with GQSeinfeld talked about why he agreed to do this Not frozena film set in the 1960s.

“Because they didn't put me in prison mad menThe comedian said. “I love that kind of comedy. I love office comedy. I love stupid people in suits. And it was Covid. I had to do something. So I talked into it. It wasn't my idea.” Seinfeld It wasn't my idea either.

He continued: “I continue to get drawn into things and be surrounded by the most amazing people. These movie people are incredible. they are crazy. As if we had a prop master, Trish Gallagher Glenn. She had a room with floor-to-ceiling toys, bicycles, clothes, everything from that era. Everyone is doing their job 150%. It's strange.
