Kate Hudson revealed she got her passion for exercise from her young mom when she shared a video of Goldie Hawn, 74, working out.
On Instagram on Monday, the 43-year-old actress retweeted a video of her mom writing: ‘Is it getting cute…?! I can’t #momknowsbest #mindupmonday.’

Goldie looked stunning in the video as she showcased her harmonious figure in a tight black unit.
Showing her fitness levels, she did some yoga moves and bounced on a mini trampoline while also showing off her fun side using wine bottles as weights.
She was a mother of three showing the benefits of exercise to her 3.4 million followers on Instagram, stating that ‘Physical exercise can help boost our mood and focus, as well as help us achieve a positive outlook on life’.

Goldie and Kate have always had a very close relationship, and in a recent interview with E! News, Kate revealed that she does not want to overtake her mother’s acting career.
“Contrary to what I think it looks like from the outside in, to me, our family is more focused on emulating who we are as people,” she explained.
There is no emulation of Mama’s career. It is original. It is an icon. It is a different generation.

However, the Almost Famous star admitted that she loves to ‘simulate’ Goldie’s amazing balance as a mom and actress, noting: ‘I really like to emulate the things she brought into her career and us as kids, and how she balanced that. Outside.’
Goldie-Kate and son Oliver, 46, are engaged with second husband Bill Hudson, and son Wyatt, 36, with long-term partner Kurt Russell.
Meanwhile, Kate is the mother of Ryder, 18, who she shares with Chris Robinson of The Black Crowe, and 11-year-old Bingham, who she shares with Muse musician Matt Bellamy and Rani Rose, four, with fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.
