Georgia man suspected of killing Atlanta rapper “Trubble” surrenders to police

Jamichel Jones surrendered to police after deputies reportedly called his mother. He was denied bail and faces charges of murder, aggravated assault, home invasion, and battery.

Trabel, whose real name is Marielle Orr, was shot at about 3:00 a.m. Sunday at an apartment complex in Conyers, Georgia, around 20 miles east of Atlanta.

Jones arrives at the apartment to find Orr in his ex-girlfriend’s bed, according to a court order. The note says he started punching his ex-girlfriend in the face and then got into an argument with Orr before shooting him in the chest and running away.

Orr made his debut in 2011 and has collaborated with Drake, The Weeknd, and other artists.
