“I’m too scared to do it again,” Stanberry said in a confession, “but if I can’t have baby Sergio he won’t stay, the truth.” The episode, titled Desert Détente, opened with Caroline and Sergio at the construction site of their new home. The architect indicated the presence of a children’s room in the building plans.

“What happens if the baby doesn’t happen?” Caroline Sergio asked. “The baby will happen,” said Sergio. “That’s why we have our children’s room.”

“But baby I’m 45, you have to understand,” Caroline said.

“My parents must be grandparents,” said Sergio. “Jill Carallo must go on, dear.”

Nobody said you don’t have a baby. I just said I’m 45, you have to be realistic.
