Brinson’s 2023 NFL Mock Draft 3.0: Let’s Infuriate Every NFL Fan With The Worst Mock Ever

Good pictures

Everyone loves to hate mock drafts. I can do my best. Between my final mockup and it being published and the actual draft as I predicted I would often get my picks right and say how stupid I was for picking the right one.

So, in the spirit of everyone calling me stupid, I’m going to go full troll and present you with the worst mock draft you’ll ever see.

Yes, that’s right: I make terrible choices. Lest you think this is an outrageous exercise, let’s remember that the Raiders once took JaMarcus Russell with the first overall pick in a draft that featured Calvin Johnson and Joe Thomas, both of whom are now Hall of Famers. Jake Locker and Blaine Gabbert play J.J. were drafted ahead of Watt (and Locker was taken ahead of Tyron Smith).

The Eagles drafted Jalen Rieger over Justin Jefferson … and still outdid themselves and went to a Super Bowl. Even Bill Belichick took N’Kiel Harry instead of Tebow Samuel, AJ Brown or DK Metcalf.

Stop pretending your favorite NFL team will make the right decisions on draft night. NFL teams do stupid things all the time. Come along with me on a journey of bad decisions!
