ROH The last fight PPV was a news show with many title changes. Claudio Castagnoli He regained the ROH World Championship By Chris Jericho in the main event. Briscoe became 13-time ROH Tag Champions Beating FTR. There were also three new champions crowned on the undercard.
Athena defeated Mercedes Martinez to win the ROH World Women’s Championship. The fallen goddess tried to manipulate Martinez. It didn’t work out at first, but Athena made sure it worked out. Athena rips the turnbuckle pad in a fit of frustration. She grabbed the referee knowing Martinez would interfere. Athena tried to push Martinez into the exposed steel, but OG Badass stopped. Athena went to a back-up plan to drop Martinez’ kick into the corner. Martinez’s head hit the metal. Athena closed in with the amazing Flying O-Face for the victory.
Prince Nana led the embassy to gold by aiding Brian Cage, Kaon, and Toa Leona to victory. Dalton Castle & The Boys entered the ROH World Six-Man Championship, and used the power of the peacock for a flashy attack. The Embassy’s game finally caught up with her muscles. Nana creates a just-in-time distraction, and releases Liona Boy (Brent Tate) into the castle. The Gates of Agony lifted Tate into the air to powerbomb Cage to win the titles.
Wheeler Utah made Blackpool Fight Club proud by winning the ROH Pure Championship from foe Daniel Garcia. The sports artist was in charge of most of the match. Garcia outlasted Yuta using three rope breaks early. The professional wrestler dashed down the stretch, looking for a river. When that didn’t keep García, Utah unloaded his elbow so García was knocked out.
In other championship competition, Samoa Joe has taken care of the business to retain the ROH World Television Championship. The King of Television finished off Juice Robinson with a Musclebuster.
