Amazon’s server outage breaks fast-food apps like McDonald’s and Taco Bell

An outage in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud server system affects many web services, including our website. The AWS Health Dashboard Addressing multiple service degradation issues in the US-East-1 region that began at 3PM ET.

The latest update from Amazon, posted at 5PM ET, states, “Many AWS services are now fully recovered and marked as resolved in this incident. We are continuing to work to fully restore all services.
