Eight of the top 10 quarterbacks — including three five-star players — in the 2025 class have already committed.

What does it mean for Tennessee?
Beyond what it could ultimately mean on the field for the Vols, it's always nice to have a promising quarterback serve as another recruiter for several months before the summer camp season begins. The Vols had five commitments before deciding on MacIntyre, led by four-star Texans tight end Jack VanDorSelier.
McIntyre could help impact other prospects, and he represents another win for Nashville, which continues to improve as a source of high-level talent. Coach Josh Heupel has signed a total of eight mid-state recruits in the 2023 and 2024 classes. -Joe Rexrode, Tennessee senior staff writer
