Storm damage, power outages after tornado touches down – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

Storms moved through the early morning hours, prompting several tornado warnings for parts of the Miami Valley. The National Weather Service confirmed two tornadoes touched down in the Clark County area.

Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Bridley Ritz continues to monitor the system during News Center 7's daybreak.

Wednesday: A few strong to severe storms. According to Storm Center 7 meteorologist Bridley Ritz, Wednesday's high is around 60 degrees in the morning.

The temperature drops sharply in the afternoon.

We'll be in the 30s with wind chills in the teens and 20s Wednesday afternoon. Snow showers are possible across the North Miami Valley.

Thursday: Sun behind Mercury's cold front. Coolest highs in the 30s to 40s.

Friday: Increasing clouds and showers are possible Friday evening and overnight. Light with highs near 50.

Saturday: Partly cloudy with a high near 60 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, warm and breezy. Climbing height above 60 years.

Monday: Increasing clouds but still warm and breezy. Highs and low 70s! A few showers during the night.

Tuesday: A slight chance of rain. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 60.
