Zotac GTX 460 2GB Issues - Please help

I bought my first Zotac product last August, and a few days ago it started having serious issues...

I went to boot my computer, and all I got was a black screen. My monitor stays in sleep mode until it gets a signal, and it never came out of sleep. I restarted and reset to no avail. I switched off my power supply for a good 10 or 15 minutes, and switched it back on and tried again. The computer booted up just fine, like nothing ever happened. However, about 10 minutes after Windows started my main monitor went black, and the image on my second monitor started to "wiggle" for lack of a better work, and it started to show weird colors, and that one shut off as well. Restarting just gets me the black screen like before. I assume if I switch off the power supply like before, I would be able to get it to boot. I have been running on integrated video for a few days now just fine.

Also, a few weeks ago I noticed my entire screen was a lime green color, and restarting fixed the problem. I assume its related, but it only happened once.

Does anyone know what could cause this issue? I thought it was power supply related but I am not sure. My power supply is a 2 year old BFG 450w.

Thanks guys

Sounds like the card died. Artifacting is always the first sign if chip failure usually.

Could also be a clogged fan...when was the last time you cleaned it out (of dust).
Have you been overclocking it ?
A bad PSU can cause all sorts of wierd probs and a black screen is one.
Looking at minimum specs for a GTX 460 it does say 450 psu...grant you a BFG is better than your average noname psu...you've probably been pushing it for a while.
Ask a friend if you can try your videocard in their comp for a few days just to eliminate that possibility.
I've also removed the cards heatsink and re applied some new thermal paste to solve a simular isssue

I'd check the fan like previously mentioned. Cards typically artifact and fail when they overheat. If not, try swapping it out if you can with another card (borrow a friends or something) and see if you can isolate the problem to the card. If not, call up Zotac, they have great customer support.
