Question X1300\x1550 Win7 x64 Issue

Hello and thank you for taking the time out to read this. I appreciate your time in an attempt to assist me with this issue.

I run Win 7 Pro X64
I purchased a Radeon x1300/x1550 PCI as a secondary card for my system (Primary GeForce 9800 GTX+)

I installed : ATI Catalyst Driver 9.3 (Vista x64) as recommended by ATI ON THEIR SITE.. w w w . support.amd. <<REMOVE SPACES>> com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.13&lang=English

During install I got a message which said that install completed w/ errors. Log Below...

I recently (Today!!) need to rebuild my entire box b/c my event viewer service went missing. Never found out exactly what went wrong. Not sure if the ATI driver was an issue or not, I can tell you this much. I definitely had the newest 10.3 Catalyst version installed instead of 9.3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...
