hi i have a radeon x800 xt card thats started acting up so whats the best upgrade my motherboard is a msi k8n sli thanks for any help

We need to know a few more things
What CPU do you have
What PSU do you have and can it handle the upgrade
How much ram do you have.

Thing is with an older system you are most likely going to be bottlenecked by one or more of your componants
You wouldn't want to spend $150 on a new card only to find out later that a $50 card would have worked just the same.
