Upgrading my new Emachine

Hi all, I'm trying to upgrade my ET1331g-07w. With some good sales going on i've got my eye on something and i was wondering if anyone could let me know what they think.

SAPPHIRE 100323L Radeon HD 6570 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
I believe it requires 480 PSU and my current one is only 300 so i was going to get:
COOLMAX V-500 500W ATX Power Supply.

Trying to keep it below 80 bucks total, just trying to load some video games on average to low settings. Mostly WoW.
