Upgrade From 7900gs

I'm currently running a 7900gs on a 300w Dual Rail PSU
It's been running fine for a few weeks now. I've just decided I'd like to upgrade to a DX 10 Card.

What would you suggest, knowing I cannot upgrade the PSU...
as it an extra small, mATX PSU

Thanks

EDIT: These are the three I've been looking at.

First off it would be nice to know the rest of ur computer specs, and what games you want to play/resolution you play at,and your max buget.
Upgrading might not be a good idea if the rest of your components with bottleneck what you are looking to acheive...but then again if you have to upgrade slowly, thats fine too.
It might even be better to wait a month or so to get an even better upgrade...fathers day is coming up...I'm sure there will be lots of sales
