the only thing I would watch for is that you use two of the same type, because the new revision GTX295 has been released, and I do not know if it will work in SLI with the older revision, as I have yet to try it or even get too much detail on the revisions made. The older GTX 295 utilizes 2x PCBs sandwiched between a heatsink, while the newer version uses a single PCB, much like the 4870X2. I doubt there are any issues, as none have been brought to my attention.

My rule of Thumb is to Stick to the Big 3 when buying a Videocard.
E-VGA/XFX/BFG all have lifetime warranties...which you just can't beat.
E-VGA also allows you to change the factory heatsink to aftermarket without voidding your warranty.
What games are you playing that would warrant GTX 295 SLI.
Not to mention DX11 is just around the corner...might be better to wait,instead of buying another GTX 295...JMO
