Different GPU Manufacturers in windows 7

Is there any way I can get two graphics cards from different manufacturers to work in windows 7?

I'm currently using these two cards:
ATI Firepro 2260 (PCI-E)
Matrox Milennium G450 (PCI)

I'm trying to extend my windows 7 desktop horizontally across 4 monitors(Two on each card), but are only able to get one card to work at the time, depending on which one I set as primary in the BIOS.
On Windows XP this works without problems on the exact same hardware.
