Asus g2s b1

I recently got an asus g2s b1 laptop with an nvidia geforce 8600m gt graphics card. While this card is okay, a friend of mine offered to mail me a MUCH better one. Is there even a way to replace the card in this computer? I've looked it up and some people say you can and some say you cant. I know if it is possible that it will be a hassle i will have to be very careful. But either way. can it be done??

There is no graphics card in this machine. The graphics chipset is built into the motherboard.

Is your friend offering you a PC graphics card (PCI or PCIe slot type)?
