$50-$100 Video Card

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased this computer

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4140522&csid=ITD&body=MAIN

and it works very well for most things I want to do with it. But now that I want to play some video games the onboard video is falling short. I've been out of the loop for awhile, and am very confused with the new product numbering systems. I also do not have anything to compare with. Back when I was following the hardware the ATI 9800XT was king. If I could play COD 5 at medium settings with decent framerate I would be happy.

I was looking at this card

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4035118&Sku=E145-9500

What do you think? Will it work?

Thanks.

Thanks for the fast reply, but most of those cards were over 100 dollars, and I am really just looking for something cheap to make stuff run.

If I'm not going to be able to get anything decent for under 100 dollars that's cool, otherwise do you have any suggestions for that price range?

Thanks.

9800gt

4830

3870

The 4830 is the newest of the 3 cards and should be the fastest. The 9800gt would be close to the 4830 and the 3870 would be the slowest but cheapest way to go but for the future proofness the 4830 or 9800gt would be the way to go. And yes I do realize its more than the budget but after the rebate it wont be.

The ATI HD 4670 is under 100$ and very nice in playing almost all games. You can get it with 1GB memory.
I paid in Europe for it only 100$ and I guess in the States it must even be cheaper.
