well, the thing is that the video card has already been overclocked. This means that the card does not come with its orginal BIOS, because the only way the manufacturer will overclock a card is by overwriting the BIOS. Therefore there is very little space left for the users to overclock the card. I currently use a GeForce 6200 AGP, produced by PNY. This card has no problem to overclock up to 650MHz for the memory, and runs stable at 400MHz core frequency. My suggestion is that go with the original one if you are able to. Specially for PNY video card, there may not be any differences on the graphic chip, but the memory quality is much different from other brands. Remember that PNY was origianally a memory producer.
