Question ATI AIW x800

i'm trying to figure out just how high i can overclock my gpu. i have enough cooling to take it as high as it will go i tried to find the max core using ATItools last night but it was coming up with 554.00 max core dang its factory setting is frickin 500mhz comon has anyone gotten higher? or even just a little maybe just not a good gpu(got screwed?) let me know please thx much
