GPU's can take alot more heat than CPU's. 80c should be fine, what temps are you at?

yeah you can only get temps from your card if it is equipped with a thermal sensor/probe as wwwww said. All the 6xxx series of cards have them but the 5xxx series dont i dont think. Unless you put your own on

An infrared temp gun you can buy from RadioShack or someplace like that will show you truer temps than any software. They're a little more expensive than a $5 temp probe though.
