Wanted: 256mb Pc100 Sdram Sodimm

I am looking for a working 256MB PC100 SDRAM SODIMM (or PC133 with the SPD chip) for an old laptop I have. Right now it has 160MB (128 + 32MB) and I know when I tested a 256MB stick a few years ago it ran so much smoother.

This is an older Compaq Presario 1200 (475MHz AMD K6 CPU) and has a max capacity of 320MB of RAM. I recently formatted and reinstalled with my own version of Win2000Pro and even with a fresh install it still runs slowwwwww.

I have a Samsung KT864GY 144pin 256MB PC-133 SODIMM, if you can use that. No guarantee it's good-- been sitting on my workbench for a couple years, but it's worth a try.
