Protected Program Prob

Hey guys, new here.

Trying to install a program on my TI-84 plus, double click the file, select transfer to RAM then transfer it. when i go to APPS however i do not see it thus can't use it. in the TI explorer it shows this app under "protected programs"
how can I get this to work?

regards

I'm not entirely sure how to fix this one...Try sending it to Archive instead of RAM.

Apps go in archive, not RAM. That's all the time.

Actually, are you trying to send a program? I don't think TI-connect will let you send an app to RAM. Press [PRGM] (right above cosine) and see if the program is there.

That's why I was confused. I was thinking he may have tried to send it to RAM against what the program was trying to do.

Either way, it may be useful to know which program or app it is.
