Airline pilot pop-up ad takes over my browser
Today I started getting a pop-up ad when visiting DevH. It takes over my screen, but I cannot see the whole thing. There is what looks like an airline pilot and sometimes a stewardess. It goes away after maybe ten seconds, but comes back when I scroll.

I don't mind the banner ads but this is unreasonable. Please make it go away.

I have pop-ups blocked in the browser settings as well, but it got through anyway. Have not seen it since this morning.

Now Disney World is taking over, it totally blocks my screen about every third click

I haven't seen anything either and there shouldn't be anything running like that - can you grab a screen shot of it? If you right click on it, can you view source or properties? If you can send either of that to james@developershed.com it would be a big help.

This usually happens on my phone, Motorola Bionic, and ONLY happens at DevH. I do most of my web browsing on the phone now. If I can catch it on the netbook I will get a screenshot.

This looks like a banner ad that is supposed to scroll down the screen as you scroll, but it does not re-size to fit the smaller screen, it just takes over everything.

That may make some sense them as to why I do not see anything. I have most popups and plug-ins disabled to minimise that stuff and I am only viewing devh from my PC using explorer.

Got this today on my netbook:



Taking the screen shot made it disappear, so no code this time. It scrolled across the screen from the left. This is the type of thing that totally takes over the browser window on my phone. Popup blocker is on and won't stop it.

Great that you got it. I still have not seen one on my old Vista machine with Explorer 9 that I usually visit the site on.
