My new issue is with SD card slot...

It ain't reading my SD cards.

What would your procedures be?

I am going to look again inside and try to see if there are obvious problems such as some bent part or so.

But I don't think that it's the problem.

It's a multi card group of slots, but I only use the SD one.

Is it easy enough to replace?

Could it be dirty?

Basically windows won't find anything after quite some minutes of almost freezing the pc.

souns like a broken driver ofr the device. Go into device manager and see what it says beside the card reader.
