0x80070057 Error & Skipping files Copying TO External Drive.
0x80070057 Error & Skipping files Copying TO External Drive

Windows 7 x64, with Seagate external hard drive usb 250 gb

When cutting/pasting or just transfer/copying files/folders I get this Error.

Someone suggested I try TERA-COPY but I've noticed it also skips some files..

The Skip/bypass rate is high, about 5% of all files attempted to be cut/paste or copy/paste do not make it.
Some just remain in the original place on the drive but some just die in ??? space?

I hope someone can help me because I am so distraught.

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.
