GoodDay to all

Im starting a group of Freelancers which are going to work for me from there own homes..were all going to work at same time even if we do have different time frame. Now i want the team to have a systematic and smooth start but i dont have agood desktop application to do this. Before you decide what time tracking tool to use for your business, I think you might consider reading this article to guide you. Because most web based software tools that companies use for tracking time have one thing in common, they rely on the user to estimate how much time they worked on a task. This is not really accurate because the activities aren’t tracked in real time.
I've tried using odesk's employee monitoring software, it was alright. But right now, I'm using TimeDoctor. Personally, it's much better. I have been using it for months now, might wanna check it out.
