Need advice on website analytics software

Hey everyone!

I needed some help choosing the correct analytics software. So my company currently uses Google Analytics, omniscore, and a few other websites to track our mobile apps. What we want to do is consolidate these as much as possible, and also automate the process. Also we want everyone in the company to be able to access this information easily, so a dashboard would be nice.

Currently we only create monthly reports and this is what I have to do:

Go to Google Analytics and go through the custom reports I have set up for each of our sites. Then go to excel and manually transcribe the numbers from GA.
Next I do the same thing for each of the websites tracking our mobile websites.

I found this website: distimo
which let's you track multiple websites, including those for mobile apps, but the stats do not show up well (and some not at all).

A solution that easily exported data from GA to excel would be a start. I hear that macros are the way to go with this, but I don't know how to create these myself. I found some online, but they didn't let me access the GA profiles I had for individual and subsections of my websites.

Sorry for the lengthy post. Any information would be very helpful! Thanks!
