Collaboration software

I'm not sure if this is the correct name for it, but im looking for something similar to google wave(which is not out). ive got a project going on and id like a way for all of my team members to communicate and share ideas, images, plans through one software or over an online system in real time,

Does anyone have any ideas?

You could use a wiki or bulletin board to facilitate discussion.

Or, one of my favorites, you could try Zoho Writer or Google Docs--they both feature multi-user, real-time document editing.
