man, just go out and stretch your legs, natural exercise is the best way to loose the fat... i prefer a regular exercise rutine than a lousy pill or even a diet...
plus u never know collateral effects of the pill (addiction etc) and u never know if 10 years from know, they figure out that the freaking pill causes u cancer or something, keep it natural boys, thats my opinion...

Putting a pill down your throat is no way to get rid of fat. You will kill yourself dong that. Just get outside and go for a walk.

I have never had problems with fat substances on my body myself...but if I did....I wouldnt be in front of my PC right now.

In fact I am trying to put on weight

Well, I bet it will raise metabolism, but so do many other things. Caffiene does, as well as many illegal drugs and pills such as these that are on the market or have been banned. It will likely raise your metablosim, but at what cost? Excersise and eat well, that will get you further faster with a lot more self-respect and $$ in your wallet.

The low-carb thing is ridiculous. People don't seem to understand that carbs are not bad, carbs are necessary for everything you do. Maybe they are converted to fat for storage, but that is only if you eat so many of 'em that you can't use them all and don't excersise enough to use them before they are converted to fat/to use the fat. There is a reason that bread/grain gruop is the base of the food pyramid.

The low Carb thing has been around for ages. Dr Atkins just repopularized it. It'll die down and resurface later again.

A real doctor recommends a balance of what you need. People who do all this cutting usually end up unhealthy cause they don't get what they need. Your body NEEDS carbs. The only people that need to worry about carbs are people who eat so many freaking carbohydrate rich foods that it makes them terribly overweight.

So here's an idea. SUBSTITUTE THOSE CARBS FOR PURE FAT!

I can just hear it, "Hey I just got home from the grocery store. I decided that instead of carb rich pretzels and stuff I'd get a few more healthy low carb snacks."

"Here, I have some pork rinds, dried pig fat, and a pound of lard for each!!!"

Eating a balanced diet and excersising is the only real way to get your body weight and health to the appropriate level. But some people are too lazy to exercise, they're too busy making excuses for why they cannot. So they cut carbs and continue on the same habits and end up being just as bloated and lazy.

People can read about it at Webmd.com, but its amazing how few just hop on the bandwagon without researching. There is a time and a place for a low carb meal. But balance is key. Eating purely red meats and high protein meats with fat content up the yin and yang will only put you in the Atkins boat... And he died of a heart attack. And I'm sure it isn't "unrelated" as they say. This should be taken as a warning when the man that preaches the diet dies of a massive heart attack.

*steps off his soap box*

Carbs are needed since they are basically a quick source of energy, of course if u do take them and dont do additional exercise, ull end up stacking them and creating overweight... its true that balancing is the key in EVERYTHING, and even if u dont do additional physical activities, the carbohydrates will be burnt, at least some of them, so u DO need them.

As for the meats... they are about the bests sources of proteins (it is true that many veggies mostly beans have additional and "healthier" sources of proteins. The reason i say healthier is becuase they dont contain cholesterol which is the cause of most heart attacks, its not the fat that kills them, its the cholesterol and if your body produces a high amount of cholesterol (most people produce all the cholesterol they need) then you should avoid red meats and other cholesterol sources.
