NT Batch - Hide Window By Title (BATCH FILE)

Is it possible for me to hide all windows which have titles matching a certain regex pattern.

as far as i know, BATCH doesn't support regular expressions ... but prove me wrong, I love to learn new stuff.

Ok, regex would have been nice, but lets say I want to hide a window called "Spades.exe" how would I do it?

try the cscript //nologo <arg> <arg>

that's probably your best bet, but I think that is for running VBS to do it within a batch file .. note VBS does support regex.

Neither batch nor WSH provide a way of working with Windows by name. WSH (with WMI) can handle processes but grabbing a specific window is a bit tricky. You may want to look into something like AutoIt.
