Ai

I have the urge to learn how to program rudimentary AI via Neural Networks. Ive done a little research through Google and such but I was wondering if anyone here might be able to break it down and point to some good resources or examples that I can dissect.

Ill be using a 3rd party programming tool which uses its own blend of C++ and predefined objects/classes so C++ would be the easiest place to start I think. My q-basic tools haven't worked since XP.

I don't think C++ is the best language for AI.
Try with LISP or something like that.
