Usb IrDa And Universal Remote With Pc
Here the question i have a Usb (not serial) IrDa Adaptor for my pc I would like to use that and my Universal remote to control windows functions like Windows media player, Pc Volume and so on does any one know where i can get the software to do this because most of the software i found requires a serial IrDa or is there software that will basicly trick the pc into thinking that the usb irda is a serial for example Usb --to-- virtual serial

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.
